Skilled Nursing / Private Duty Nursing Services
The nursing staff at LovingTouch Home Health Care are skilled health care professionals who determine the patient’s individual needs.
Highly qualified, well-trained professionals conduct regular assessment of the clients’ health and report their finidings directly to the client’s physician. The nursing staff works in collaboration with the patient’s physicians, specialist and sometimes therapist to ensure the patient’s needs are being met to better manage the patient’s health care needs and meet their individual goals.
24-Hour Nursing Care
LovingTouch Home Health Care provides an array of coordinated service efforts as they work with the patient’s own family physician and/or specialist to include;
- nursing care for wellness visits
- medication management
- infusion therapy
- wound care and much more.
Personal Care Assistants provide health with daily living activities. Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist is ordered by the physician to keep the patient active and progressing toward healing and to help manage the symptoms of serious illness.
