Wichita Family Services Institute, Inc. (FSI) is a community based, not-for-profit organization, whose mission in brief is to enhance and improve the quality of life for families (especially children) by providing services that promote independence and self-sufficiency.

FSI is committed to holistic community improvement and strengthening families and youth as well as reduction in health disparities in minority populations. FSI employs elements associated with a model for change, including a modified service delivery and reduction of high-risk behaviors in children and families all offered in a one stop shop atmosphere.
